Starting An Exercise Routine
Starting an exercise program if you are a beginner is the hardest part.
As a novice, you need to know where to start, a basic introduction to exercise
mechanics and the motivation, commitment and desire to stick to your exercise
workout to get results.
To start off, your beginner exercise workout should be low intensity until
you build up some basic stamina. Whether you are doing weights or cardio
work, you should be start out slowly and work to increase resistance as
your conditioning and strength increase.
If you don't have any experience with weights or cardio exercise then you
either need to get someone to show you how to perform the movements or buy
a basic book with instructions on exercise programs for beginners.
