The debate about effective abdominal exercises is one

intensity needed to help wilt away that undesired fat. By combining fexercises
that hit these regions in high intensity fashion such as super-set or circuit
fashion, you'll elicit the fat burning response you want and get the most
from your workouts.

In terms of actual exercises for the abdominal muscles you do not need to
waste time doing sets of 25 repetitions such as crunches. Sets of 6-15 reps
are fine for toning and developing the abs. Higher repetitions indicates
you are not performing an exercise that provides enough resistance. Generally,

region such as hanging leg raises, pelvic curl up or lying hip thrusts.
